Description: This workshop will teach essential skills and techniques to create the look of realistic glass and metal in watercolor. Learn how to paint the translucent and reflective surfaces by preserving highlights, observing color changes, and including strong darks. Lorraine will also discuss and demonstrate color theory while walking through the steps of the painting.
The fundamentals of watercolor and color theory principles will be discussed and demonstrated. Lorraine walks through the steps of the painting and works with each workshop participant.
Note: Reference photos, drawings, and instructions are emailed prior to the class.
Fees: $200 (member price), $275 (non-member price)
