Story Behind This Painting: This giraffe was a demonstration painting for a watercolor class on painting animals. I was showing the students if they had a good drawing and strong values, they could go a little crazy with the colors and it would still look like the animal they were depicting. It was a lot of fun painting with blue and pink on this 'curious' giraffe!
